Research Chemical Products
All sales are final once shipped. The policy below explains cancellations, the Blue East Research Quality Guarantee, defects, damage, missing or incorrect items, lost shipments, refunds, and related terms.
All Sales Are Final Once Shipped
Due to the temperature-sensitive and stability-controlled nature of research chemicals, all sales are final once shipped. Blue East Research cannot accept returns or exchanges of products that have left our facility because we cannot verify that proper storage conditions were maintained during return transit. This policy protects both Blue East Research and its customers by preserving product integrity.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are accepted only before shipment. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been tendered to a carrier, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Regulatory Status
Products are labeled "For Research Use Only" and are not FDA-approved for any indication. Loop Bio Labs is solely a supplier of research chemicals and is not a 503A or 503B compounding facility. The regulatory landscape for research chemicals is subject to change. Purchasers are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
Policy Changes
Blue East Research reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website. The policy in effect at the time of your order will govern that transaction.
